It is now time to decide if you are going to go forward with the Health Creation Programme and start your assessment process.

This section and those that follow are only accessible once you purchase the programme and your Mentorship hours.

We strongly recommend that you go for the full six sessions in order to commit to the programme for six months. This is when you will see major progress  as change can be slow and it can take steady input of support, guidance and motivation to help you make the really important changes. 

Once you've chosen your Mentor and your Plan, you will be prompted to create an account, and to indicate your choice of Mentor at checkout. After purchase, you will be able to see all the sections: Engage, Explore, Breakthrough, Envision and Resources and your Mentor will contact you to arrange your sessions. This is where the real work starts and the fun begins!
