The Change Agent Role of the Health Creation Mentor
Consider now, how easy has it been to change the important things in your life? How able have you been to break through to new levels of energy, health and happiness? This is why we have created a Mentorship Programme to guide, support and motivate you through your healthy change process. Your Mentor will to help you to understand what you are dealing with so that you can succeed and make changes that really last. Put it this way: would you start to renovate a building without putting scaffolding around it or securing the foundations? This is where the Mentor can give you the strength and support to break through your obstacles and flourish.
What is the role of a Health Creation Mentor?
A Mentor is a guide and companion, offering motivational support as you work through your Health Creation Programme, and helping you to focus on the most effective ways to achieve and sustain healthy change. Many of us need the help of a Mentor to enable us to clarify our pathway forward, set our intentions and overcome any resistance to change and tendency to self-sabotage.
There are many elements to the role of a Health Creation Mentor, which include:

Listening to you carefully and helping you to develop your awareness of what needs to change

Guiding you through the Health Creation Programme and all the resources available for your support

People have described working with a Mentor as being helped to ‘come home to themselves’. Many have also said that this programme has been the most rewarding and life-affirming thing they have ever done. So, it is thoroughly recommended, if you have not yet engaged a Mentor, to try it, to really get the most out of this programme. You can start with just one hour which is called the Personal Assessment or engage a Mentor for monthly sessions. We recommend that ideally you have a one-hour session monthly for six months so that you will see real progress and achieve the breakthroughs that your heart desires.
Summary of Breakthrough
To make the breakthroughs we desire, it is most helpful to understand the steps in the change process and also the obstacles to change that can cause resistance and the tendency to stay stuck in our comfort zone. You will learn the breakthrough keys that relate to your own trouble spots and become clear about the help you may need to overcome any unhealthy patterns. You will also learn the importance of using the processes of intention-setting and belief-busting, and other terrific tools for accelerating and reinforcing the healthy change process with affirmation, visualisation and imaging.
